I don't believe Comcast has any presence in Time Warner Cable markets, and vice versa. So, this will most likely be quickly approved by both shareholders and regulators. Get ready for Comcast in Milwaukee! Coming from Chicago where I had Comcast for many years, I wonder if after the merge Comcast will keep Time Warner Cable's menu system and box software in Milwaukee or if they'll transition it to what Comcast is using in Chicago, or if Comcast will switch its existing customers to Time Warner Cable's software.
