Dan O'Donnell and Joe Scialfa's exit and this fast announcement on a new consultant say to me that writing was on the wall. The question is just what the writing is saying. All my criticisms aside, I think WTMJ is doing fine and I don't see the reason for a shake-up aside maybe from the fact that WISN is gaining market share. But if WTMJ goes too far toward WISN territory it's going to scare off the wimpy old people that can't take WISN's aggressive stance.
