Yea it's part of the graphics package they rolled out in Q4 2012. It's actually a mix of the package from 2007 and 2012 with the red, but it's primarily the new 2012 stuff!

The core 2012 package is Hearst's new standardized graphics that they are rolling out to all their stations.
