Radio Milwaukee won't change just because WMCS is gone. They'll keep doing the same thing they've been doing, which is an eclectic music mix. They don't do talk, except for the hourly "Community Stories". It's a music station.
If anything, WNOV could step up a little, if they decide to start spending a little money again. They have a pretty renegade reputation compared to WMCS, but perhaps now they can show that they've moved on from the Mike McGee era.
There's also WJMR and the oft-forgotten black gospel station WGLB 1560. I don't see much crossover with V100, Kiss or Energy. A bit too young there.
