MPS is keeping a studio at their building to produce and air live school board meetings (they hold the license, so that's what they want). The current studio and administrative spaces are currently too small. Plus, they have been bringing in bands to perform in their studio. Hence the move. Not sure as well why they need so much space. But I'm sure a lot more production and local programming goes on there than at, say, the local Clear Channel facility.
