Saga has flipped Classic Country “Big Buck Country 106.9” WZBK-FM Milwaukee to Rhythmic CHR “Energy 106.9“.
The station is launching with 10,069 songs commercial free under Program Director Brandon Rowe.
The flip places the station in competition with Entercom’s “103.7 Kiss-FM” WXSS and Clear Channel’s “97.3 Radio Now” WRNW.
106.9 was on the verge of flipping to CHR “Now 106.9” in May of 2010, when following reports of the domain registration, Clear Channel beat Saga to the punch and launched “97.3 Radio Now“.
