Here's my educated guess why Brad and Q106 parted ways: Like 100 other examples in radio that same month. The company's directors probably felt that the station was not progressing towards agreed-to goals in a timely fashion. Good things happened under that PD's reign, but perhaps not enough of them, or enough of them to translate into improved audience or revenue numbers quickly enough. That's just a guess, though.

As to John Sebastian, he left to open his own consulting firm. Good luck with that. Consultants are hired based on their success stories, and short time lines. That's not a guess. Can I go to lunch now?
