This has Jeff Tyler written all over it.

* Promote a former Z104 INTERN to MD of Star (NICE! ala Tyler & ala a handful of other similar moves)

* Bring in a canned guy who couldn't hack it at WMIL. If he had any real chops he would have moved on by now.

* Make the WTSO guy who no one listens to anyway do the morning show on Star & pay him $4k/yr extra (savings - $20k)

* Bring in someone who is allegedly a traffic genius to be online dept director (what?) because that position doesn't really do anything worthwhile or require talent anyway unless you were Nick Ring who tried to do too much and ended up leaving out of frustration
