How is your morale?

I can't speak for every cluster here in Madison, but I will tell you that the Clear Channel cluster is down right depressing. You add up Mike Ferris, jeff Tyler and jon Reilly and you get bad leadership. they truly do not know what they're are doing and lead with scare tactics rather than inspire talent to perform to their capabilities. Seriously, the talent in this building is wound so tight, they don't know what their real potential is. did I say the right thing? Is Mike ferris gonna get mad? (BTW - why is Mike Ferris on the air? speakin of no talent)

Crap rolls down hill and it all starts with Jeff Tyler. He hired these idiots. I do hope he wakes up eventually and sees the stress that the programming side is carrying around. All because of these TERRIBLE PD's.

How is the morale where you are? Is CC the worst cluster in Madison? I hope that you all aren't as miserable as we are here
