For this being registered in August, all this tells us that Fish registered the domain personally. Perhaps he was working on an Internet show, or wanted to bring his show somewhere else, or prevent someone from Clear Channel from buying it and redirecting it to Z104. I doubt something was in the works then, he just probably wanted to control the domain.
