That would be it. What do we know about the business? It's about billing. Yes the ratings matter but they are only there for people to compare d*ck size and then also to back up the reasons why the station charges X for advertising (billing). I have seen po dunk markets, unrated, who are billing bigger than their rated counterparts in the town next over.

: Could it be the number of advertisers? I don't hear that many nationally run commercials. Lots of local stuff. Is this what keeps this station afloat? Just asking.
