I could understand that if instead of "engineers" you typed "clueless interns" or "overworked djs" but.. the entire purpose of an engineer is to be able to diagnose and correct issues such as this. What's up with that?


: From what I have heard, it's a problem several engineers have dealt with. None could get it to work right.
