agreed re: z104. that heritage factor is totally what's holding it up. a monkey could program it and it'd be successful. if someone came to town with a real signal and a real passion, they could give it a run for its money.
: The last year has been good for JJO... TSL, Cume, 12+ has shown it. They are doing something right. Other small market stations are listening to them. As they should right? The only station in town that is doing so. If we could get a hot ac/CHR station to duplicate Kiss in Milwaukee, Z would be in trouble. But there is no signal available. 94.9 should have switched years ago.
