REX CHARGER comes in from the cold to the ... less cold, as he comes back to MIDWEST FAMILY BROADCASTING as PD of Talk WTDY-A (MADISON 1670 THE PULSE), starting MAY 25th. CHARGER most recently served as OM/PD of noncommercial KIYU/GALENA, AK.
