On 4/14 he had a court date in which his lawyer moved for the 2 "causing mental harm to child" charges to be dismissed. The judge granted the motion. So right now he is only charged with 1 count of "incest with child". There is no report on when the next court date is. It appears this case is moving slow as ever.
