Actually, the only "low powers" (Class A stations, ERP equivalent of 6kw at 300') of that group are 96.9 and 107.1

The rest are Class C3, with an ERP equivalent of 25kw at 300'.

97.7 17.5kw at 400'
103.1 3.5kw at 882'
104.9 10kw at 515'
107.5 3.6kw 879'
