Sister WZOR also has a translator there, on 106.3 W292DR. I believe on the same tower. Similar power level. If anything, it made WZOR's programming listenable in Menasha.

Maybe they have future plans for them, hopping them elsewhere, going HD and starting up another "station" by putting something on the HD-2 channel and feeding the translator with it like a lot of them do, or leasing the HD-2 channel to another broadcaster. Maybe a future translator for WHBY (They have a translator for WSCO in Appleton on 95.3)
