Live and local radio sounds so much better! I even appreciate when two songs run into each other because the new warm body is still figuring out the board (now it usually means the automation system is on the fritz).

I also appreciate when the jock says Have A Good Jew instead of have a good day, because he was just having a conversation with a jew in the studio. Or when he fumbles a live read so much that sales will angrily be crediting the sponsor for that read.

How else are people going to cut their chops?!?
