That was the early version of Power 105.9 which I believe launched in 1997. It was owned by Tom Kwiatkowski (he still owns WLKG in Lake Geneva) I have that aircheck in it's entirety. It was recorded by the late Doug Fleming. That was a unique format.

They evolved into more of a typical Rhythmic CHR format by 1999. They became Hot 105.9 in late 2001-Early 2002 and went to their current format in January 2007.
